Key Responsibilities: Process patient cases and create benefit investigations within our system Make outbound calls to insurance companies to determine if patients have coverage for pharmaceuticals Pay close attention to detail and maintain accurate records Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers Work independently in a remote setting and maintain a high level of productivity Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: At least 1 year of insurance verification experience (no exceptions) Active high-speed internet installed and ability to work from home Ability to hardwire to internet router Quiet workspace free from background noise and distractions Availability for shifts between Monday - Friday 7a - 8p CST Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors High School Diploma or Equivalent Reside in the state of Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Texas, or Utah to be considered Preferred Qualifications: Medical call center experience is a plus, but not required Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of $17 per hour, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
