Assess student progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback and support to help them grow and improve their language skills. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student performance, progress, and classroom activities. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Education, Spanish Language, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in language instruction and education principles. Experience in classroom teaching or tutoring, preferably with a focus on language instruction, showcasing your ability to engage students and promote language acquisition. Familiarity with learning technology tools and platforms that facilitate language instruction, such as online whiteboards, video conferencing software, and language learning apps. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students effectively and communicate with parents and staff. A Teaching Certification, demonstrating your commitment to the profession and your ability to meet the needs of our students.
