Urgent: School RN Opportunity Gray Gables Area, WA
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Registered Nurses (RN) for a full-time, school-based position in the Gray Gables, WA area. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about student health and wellness and can contribute to a supportive and inclusive educational environment.
Requirements to Apply:
ā¢ Active Washington State RN license
ā¢ Must hold or be eligible for an Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
ā¢ CPR/BLS certification required
ā¢ Previous pediatric or school-based nursing experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide direct nursing services including assessments, health screenings, and medication administration
ā¢ Monitor and manage chronic health conditions for students
ā¢ Collaborate with school staff, families, and outside healthcare providers
ā¢ Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with state guidelines
ā¢ Support the implementation of Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs)
