HILLSIDE TOYOTA LOCATED IN QUEENS, NY is in need of an automotive bookeeper and payroll specialist to join its accounting office.
Please have automotive accounting experience or experience working in a car dealership for a minimum of two years. Applicant will be posting entries, cleaning schedules, paying medical bills, maintaining employee files, submitting payroll, etc!

Responsibilities
? Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate record-keeping. .
? Prepare financial reports and journal entries, utilizing accounting software such as Reynolds and Reynolds.
? Assist with payroll processing and tax-related tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
? Collaborate with dealership staff to streamline financial operations and provide support as needed.
