Job Profile
The Technical Specialist provides technical and consultative support on the technical matters, simple or complex.
Duties and Responsibilities:
ā¢ Analyzes, designs, and develops systems based upon user specifications.
ā¢ Provides technical assistance in solving hardware or software problems.
ā¢ Possesses an in-depth knowledge of and works with the technical tools available for systems development and support.
ā¢ Maintains and demonstrates knowledge of technical industry trends, particularly as they apply to Huntington.
ā¢ May assist with identifying training needs or with training of less experienced staff.
ā¢ May serve as project leader for specific projects.
ā¢ Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree
ā¢ 5+ years of related experience or an additional 4 years of related work experience may be considered in lieu of the bachelor's degree.
ā¢ Experience must include an in-depth technical knowledge and at least three years of experience in the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials applications, and related Oracle technology stack.
ā¢ Strong SQL and PLSQL knowledge
ā¢ Technical knowledge and three years of experience in the SQL Loader, workflow, BI Publisher, XML, and Unix shell scripting.
ā¢ Oracle Apex development experience
ā¢ Strong analytical, strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
ā¢ Technical knowledge and three years of experience of OAF and J-Developer.
ā¢ Rest API/Webservices/Event driven development experience preferred.
ā¢ Integrations from Oracle EBS into SAAS applications ( Eg: Salesforce)
ā¢ Google Cloud knowledge preferred
ā¢ Strong interpersonal skills, focus on customer service, and the ability to work well with other IT, vendor, and business groups.
ā¢ Experience working in multi-platform environment.
ā¢ Ability to balance both development and support roles.
ā¢ Experience in working on projects that involve business segments
