Summary: The Epic Wisdom Applications Analyst is responsible for the implementation and support of Epic applications, specifically focusing on Epic Wisdom. This role involves configuring application settings, providing go-live support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency. The analyst will also conduct training and ensure ongoing client support while optimizing workflows and system performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end setup and implementation of the Epic Wisdom system. Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and customize the system. Configure Epic Wisdom modules to meet organizational needs. Develop and deliver training programs for end-users. Provide day-to-day support for the Epic Wisdom application. Analyze existing workflows for optimization opportunities. Participate in planning and execution of system upgrades. Create and maintain documentation for configurations and workflows. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project statuses and improvements. Key Skills: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Application Analyst, with a focus on Epic Wisdom. Epic Wisdom certification is highly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with healthcare information systems in a clinical setting is a plus. This Epic Applications Analyst plays a critical role in the implementation and installation of Epic applications, module upgrades, new components and modifications. This position is responsible for workflow configurations, go-live support, and on-going client support. You are also responsible for configuring application settings and validating configurations. This position is a expert role in Epic Practice Management system products.
