Urgent Care Family Medicine Physician
About the position
CareNow Urgent Care is seeking board certified or eligible family medicine, med/peds, or emergency medicine physicians to join our clinics in Dallas, TX. This position is focused on providing quality, caring, and convenient outpatient urgent and primary care. As part of HCA Healthcare's comprehensive network of facilities, CareNow offers a physician-driven environment that allows you to focus your time and attention on what truly matters—your patients' care. The role involves seeing patients ages three months and up and managing conditions commonly seen in an urgent care setting, including performing procedures such as simple laceration repairs and incision and drainage of abscesses. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will have the opportunity to enjoy a flexible work schedule that promotes a great work-life balance. This outpatient-only position does not require hospital rounds or emergency room call, allowing you to dedicate your time to patient care without the added stress of hospital responsibilities. CareNow is committed to providing an excellent compensation package, including a competitive hourly rate, quarterly bonuses, and a sign-on bonus of $20,000. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k) and paid time off (PTO) for continuing medical education (CME), we also cover medical malpractice insurance. Responsibilities
• Provide quality urgent care services to patients ages three months and up.

Requirements
• Board Certified or eligible in Family Medicine, Med/Peds, or Emergency Medicine.

• Valid Texas state medical licensure or willingness to obtain.

• Comfortable managing urgent care conditions and performing necessary procedures.

• Ability to work flexible hours and rotating weekends.
