Responsibilities
Β Analyze company financial information and develop financial models.

Β Lead workstreams in connection with special situations investment banking projects.

Β Support transaction teams in mergers and acquisitions, valuation, debt and equity financings, recapitalization, and restructuring assignments.

Β Collaborate with senior professionals and clients on various financial advisory services.

Β Manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Β Bachelor's degree with top academic performance.

Β One or more years of investment banking, accounting, or related experience.

Β Strong interest in consumer, food & beverage, agribusiness, or business services industries preferred.

Β Prior training and/or experience in valuation, accounting, restructuring, credit, or leveraged finance preferred.

Β Experience with financial modeling and financial statement analysis.

Β Strong analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Β Self-directed and highly motivated, able to work independently.

Β Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
