Job Description:
UPS is seeking a highly efficient and dedicated Package Delivery Specialist to join our team in Maine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient delivery of UPS packages to customers, while exemplifying our company’s commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Safe and efficient delivery of packages to customers
– Use handheld technology to manage daily deliveries and pickups
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
– Load and unload packages in the vehicle
– Comply with UPS appearance guidelines
Requirements:
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to lift packages up to 70 lbs
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Good organizational and time management skills
– Valid driver’s license
– Must comply with UPS appearance guidelines
Education:
– High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
– Previous delivery driver experience is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to undergo UPS’s comprehensive training program is a must.
