Key Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries regarding shipments, deliveries, tracking, and services via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer concerns efficiently with a focus on satisfaction
Provide accurate product, service, and policy information
Log all interactions in UPS systems and escalate issues as necessary
Collaborate virtually with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Meet quality and performance metrics for customer service
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in customer support or a call center environment is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
High-speed internet and a distraction-free home workspace
Flexible availability (weekends or evenings may be required)
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $21–$26/hour
Overtime and weekend differentials available
Weekly or biweekly direct deposit
