Risepoint brings single-minded dedication to student success, an integrated set of services, and data-driven performance to our collaboration with university partners Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as a University Outreach Specialist and play a pivotal role in engaging potential students through captivating information sessions about Arkansas State University's healthcare online graduate, postgraduate, and certificate programs. This fully remote role offers the unique opportunity to combine the flexibility of working from home with the enriching experience of participating in events across Mississippi, Arkansas, and Oklahoma A Day in the Life: The essential functions of this role are as follows: • Organize and facilitate accurate and engaging information sessions, webinars, and email campaigns to represent Arkansas State University's online healthcare degree programs at hospitals, community colleges, staff meetings, and conferences. • Provide healthcare employees specifically nurses with detailed information about online degree programs, supporting their continuing education goals. This includes a commitment to receive follow-up from an enrollment specialist who will review the program, answer questions, and outline the next steps, including the application process. What You'll Need for Success: You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment: • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing or healthcare related field is required. • A minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare industry, sales or field marketing. • Experience in nursing, medical sales, or similar roles within healthcare system is preferred. • Must reside in Mississippi, Arkansas, or Oklahoma. • Ability to effectively engage with nurses, healthcare workers, and undergrad students to discuss the advantages of furthering their education. • Strong, persuasive, and precise communication skills, along with a compelling presence. • A professional demeanor, energetic approach, positive attitude, punctuality, and high integrity are essential. • This remote role primarily focuses managing partnership with Arkansas State University with the territory within Mississippi, Arkansas, Oklahoma, requiring travel up to 75%, with minimal overnight stays. #LI-AD1 RisePoint is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse and inclusive workforce Apply tot his job
