Responsibilities

Develop and retain the customer base by greeting customers by name and being responsive to their needs.

Maintain confidentiality of customer business and information.

Initiate conversations to uncover customer needs and refer them to platform associates.

Maintain balancing and error records in line with policy and correct outages as needed.

Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts, and examine checks for endorsement.

Follow operational standards regarding security, risk management, and compliance.

Complete required training for all bank and branch policies and procedures.

Meet or exceed sales referral goals set by management.

Maintain a well-developed knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered.

Make calls to clients and/or prospects weekly to meet calling goals and record activities.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED; one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software (Notes, Word, and Excel).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
