## Job Description:
As a part-time Cabin Crew Member, you will be the face of United Airlines, embodying our dedication to outstanding customer service. Your primary role will be to ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers while providing friendly and attentive service during flights.
## Responsibilities:
– Conduct pre-flight cabin checks and ensure all safety equipment is available and in working order
– Deliver onboard announcements and answer passenger questions regarding flight details
– Serve meals and refreshments; sell onboard duty-free goods and advise passengers of any allowance restrictions
– Manage passenger interactions with a calm, polite demeanor, handling special requests and resolving conflicts efficiently
– Administer and coordinate emergency procedures or provide first aid as needed
– Ensure compliance with all aviation rules and regulations
## Requirements:
– Minimum age of 18
– High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus
– No prior experience necessary, but should have a passion for service and travel
– Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is highly regarded
– Able to meet the physical demands of the job including lifting bags, pushing carts, and standing for long periods
– Must be flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and be responsive to varying flight schedules
## Educational Qualifications:
– High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
– Higher education or qualifications in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or related field preferred
