*Position Overview:**
Under the direction of a licensed nurse, participates in the pt/family care and experience through teamwork, effective communication, basic care skills, customer service skills, and clerical skills.
*Job Description** :
*EDUCATION**
_Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma._
+ HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
+ Successful completion of medical terminology course.
+ Currently enrolled in an accredited LVN or RN school program, or successful completion of a nurses assistant training program. or equivalent education/experience
*LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATIONS**
+ **BLS** - Basic Life Support
*PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:**
+ Current nurses assistant experience.
*SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
+ Must have demonstrated knowledge of effective English written and communication skills and basic computer proficiency skills.
+ Under the direction of RN/LVN, manages multiple demands in an ever-changing environment.

Pay Range is $28.73 to $35.04 / hour
_The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package._
