Key Duties & Responsibilities
Seeking a Unified Communications & Collaboration Contractor with advanced technical expertise in digital workplace technologies, modern collaboration tools, and emerging solutions like Generative AI and XR.
Key Responsibilities
• Support & implement enterprise-level communication platforms: MS Teams, Zoom, Webex.
• Manage & optimize videoconferencing and telepresence (TMS, Pexip).
• Handle live events & webinars (Teams Townhall, Zoom).
• Secure & manage Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Whiteboard).
• Deploy & configure digital signage platforms (Appspace).
• Explore & implement Generative AI solutions (Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI).
• Build automation workflows via low-code/no-code platforms (Power Automate).
• Support MR/AR/VR (Hololens, Guides, Remote Assist), including content creation.
Required Skills
• Unified communication platforms: MS Teams, Zoom, Webex.
• Videoconferencing/telepresence: TMS, Pexip.
• Webinar/live event management.
• Microsoft 365 productivity suite.
• Digital signage solutions (Appspace).
• Generative AI tools (Copilot, Azure AI).
