Provides support to Underwriters using established performance standards and guidelines that are responsive to marketing, underwriting, retention and services goals that facilitate sound underwriting outcomes. Ensures support activities are delivered in a manner that is consistent with customer service standards and a focus on expense management.
Knowledge and Skills:
ย Analytical thinking
ย Teamwork and Collaboration
ย Good Communication skills (both written and verbal)
ย Organizational skills
ย Negotiation skills
ย Good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
ย Customer focused
Education and Experience:
ย 2 years of college or at least one year of equivalent work experience is preferred
ย 1 - 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
