Responsibilities Climbing steel lattice towers in various environments working with lighting systems, meteorology sensors Torquing and marking tower structural hardware Mounting solar panels Installing power systems Pre-job prep including travel logistics, schedule coordination, scope of work awareness documentation review etc Continuous improvement trainings Upload documentation to cloud Timecard recordkeeping Heavy emphasis on use of hand tools, power tools, tool and supply organization, electrical, rigging, inspection Skills Positive, can do attitude Clean driving record Ability to follow directions Accident free work history Ability to work long days in various weather conditions Professional communication skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft office suite Electrical Qualified Worker OSHA 10 NPFA 70E Arc Flash Hazard Training First Aid - CPR SPRAT Level 1 or Higher Benefits No fixed per diem, we just bill everything directly to the client so all your expenses will be covered from travel expenses to tools and PPE.
