You will receive emails direct from the user to assist with things like triaging the email to the correct area, log on/access assistance, and other troubleshooting. Quality is a primary focus in this role. Metrics for this role will consist of quality and time-based metrics. You will work independently but will have the support of being part of as group. Daily meetings with your team will be part of this role and will consist of brainstorming, you will work closely with IT in resolving these issues. If you have questions, your team lead and supervisor are excellent resources. You will work mainly in the web portal. Inbound and Outbound calls are not a major part of this positions.You will be part of UMR, UnitedHealthcare’s third-party administrator (TPA) solution, this team is growing, and the addition of a key account will be the focus to deliver custom experience for the customer. This role is 100% remote, and you can expect to be equipped with a laptop, docking station, mouse, headset, keyboard and 2 monitors by the company.This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am - 5pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

Use the UMR standard implementation and change documents, supported by Web Portal Operations policies and procedures to install and update the individual customer experience for a variety of constituents
Work interdependently and autonomously to:


Gather and document customer requirements
Seek out clarification where necessary
Test and develop any new coding or custom content through lower environments
Engage all necessary business and technical teams to ensure a seamless configuration
Perform check-out testing for all configuration implementations (new business and changes)
Work closely with development teams for any new technical development required as part of a new customer implementation (including SSO or API integrations)
Escalate any concerns or roadblocks that could put a seamless transition at risk for a customer
Process review and improvement of the configuration and installation processes
Provide regular and consistent feedback to all project teams impacted by customer implementations and changes

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age OR older
1+ years of Customer Service experience in a healthcare OR medical / dental insurance setting
1+ years of experience working with healthcare related web applications OR portals
1+ years of experience working on projects that span multiple functional areas
Experience with Third-Party Benefits administration including:


Medical/Dental/Vision claim adjudication
Medical/Dental/Vision plan benefit design
Prescription claims adjudication and accumulator integration
Provider network setup and directory
New group installations or new group implementations
Medical Management
Ability to work Monday - Friday, in any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime, based on the business need
Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years of experience with project teams
4+ years of experience configuring web applications / portals
Experience gathering information, communicating with and partnering with multiple stakeholders
Telecommuting Requirements:

Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
Soft Skills:

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present during meetings to a diverse audience including senior leadership

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
