Remote Secretary Receptionist/Office Assistant
We are currently searching for a Part-Time/Full-Time Receptionist to join our friendly, caring and supportive team! This is a part-time/full-time position including weekdays and every other weekend. The successful candidates will be able to communicate effectively, build strong client relationships, and represent our products accurately during client meetings.

Responsibilities
Ā Complete various administrative and clerical duties
Ā Greet patients and schedule appointments
Ā Coordinate physicians' schedules
Ā Process payments and verify insurance information and eligibility
Ā Generate reports and perform data entry
Ā Manage phone calls and emails with professionalism
Ā Respond in a timely fashion to managers' requests
Ā Facilitate communication within the company to maximize workflow (e.g. distribute vital information, schedule presentations and plan for logistical needs)
Ā Commitment to efficiency a willingness to seek best practices in running the office
Ā Able to troubleshoot challenges as they arise
Ā Collaboratively review and recommend changes to our company policies
