Job Summary > We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Specialty Beauty Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our guests, building and maintaining strong relationships, and driving sales growth through personalized recommendations and advice. Key Responsibilities: > > ? Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests, answering questions and addressing concerns related to products and services.> ? Build and maintain strong relationships with our guests through regular interactions and follow-up communications.> ? Interface with existing customers to understand their needs and preferences and provide personalized recommendations.> ? Maintain active contact with a growing preferred customer list to build loyalty and drive repeat business.> ? Follow up with customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.> > Requirements > 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience in a retail environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of skincare and beauty products and trends, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest developments. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
