Your primary responsibilities will include conducting statistical analysis to inform business or product decisions, delivering effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple tiers of stakeholders, and developing and automating reports to provide insights at scale.Key Responsibilities Conduct statistical analysis to make business or product decisions (i.e., bolthires-benefit, invest-divest, forecasting, impact assessment) Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple tiers of stakeholders, developing visible displays of quantitative data Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs, formulate and complete analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables, and presentations Help arenaflex make key decisions to enhance products and services Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should meet the following minimum qualifications: Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences, etc.) Experience working with statistical packages (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, etc.) Experience articulating product questions, pulling statistics from datasets (SQL), and using statistics to attain an answer Preferred Qualifications In addition to the minimum qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will make your application more competitive: Currently attending a degree program within the United States and available to work full-time for 12 weeks outside of university term time In your penultimate academic year or returning to a point program after completion of the internship Ability to translate assessment outcomes into business enterprise guidelines Interest and capability to work with statistics, metrics, assessment, and developments, and comprehensive knowledge of measurement, statistics, and application assessment Excellent problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills, with great business judgment
