UKG Senior Pro WFM Consultant - SDH Systems

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled UKG Senior Pro WFM Consultant to join our team and lead the transformation from UKG Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM). This role will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and optimizing UKG Pro WFM solutions to meet client business needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation expertise, strong technical knowledge of integration tools, and the ability to guide clients through successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support end-to-end implementations of UKG Pro WFM, including migration from WFC.Partner with stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure solutions, and ensure best practices are applied.Utilize UKG Datahub, TestAssure, Dell Boomi, Open Project to streamline project delivery.Build and manage integrations using Dell Boomi and Reports & integrations using Datahub and other middleware platforms.Provide functional and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.Travel to client sites as needed. 20% travel.Required QualificationsProven experience with UKG WFC-to-UKG Pro WFM transformation projects.Strong knowledge of UKG Datahub, TestAssure, and Dell Boomi integrations.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.Flexibility to travel as required.Experience with Microsoft project planEmployers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
