Location: 100% remote - EST or CST work hours preferred

Job Type: Direct Hire, Part - time 24-32 hours per week (flexible)

Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card holder

The A.C. Coy Company is currently seeking candidates for a part-time Payroll Implementation Specialist role. This individual will work within the UKG Ready Payroll system to implement optimal payroll solutions that meet each customer's functional business requirements. Our ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of payroll concepts, rules and laws, and will be able to implement on-budget and in-scope with high customer satisfaction.

This 100% remote role will NOT require travel, while offering a supportive, friendly team atmosphere and an excellent salary & benefits package with generous PTO. This will be a great career opportunity for an experienced customer-centric consultant/implementation payroll specialist to play a pivotal role in an expanding business.

Responsibilities
• Deliver multiple complex and concurrent projects
• Work on project planning to meet timeline goals
• Configure the system to customer satisfaction and approval
• Recommended best practices and possible changes to existing payroll configuration
• Look for gaps and add value
• Provide and conduct parallel payrolls before Go Live
• Ability to import and balance pay history
• Train customer payroll team to prepare for Go Live and payroll corrections
• Assist clients with Year End closing
• Execute all tasks associated with a payroll Go Live
• Benefit plans- GTLI, LTD, STD, etc.

Qualifications

Required:

3+ years of experience working with UKG Ready payroll software solutions * Must have lead one (or more) successful payroll implementations including a "go live"
• Strong knowledge of payroll concepts, rules and laws
• Ability to deliver software projects on budget and on time
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
