UI/UX Designer (3+Years Experience)
Location: Remote/Hybrid (India – preferably Indore)
Are you passionate about creating intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences?
At Scaleup Software, we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience who can help us design user-centric, modern, and impactful web and mobile applications.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
Design high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to continuously improve designs.
Maintain design consistency across projects while bringing creative and modern UI approaches.
Work on both web and mobile application design projects across diverse industries.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
Must be able to understand and speak english enough to work with american clients.
Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools.
Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
Strong communication skills and ability to justify design decisions.
Experience working in agile product teams or with developers using Flutter, React, or other front-end frameworks.
Must be based in India (preferably Indore).
