As our lead, you will guide and develop a remote team of approximately 40 researchers who identify various data related to Key People while following compliance and quality standards. You will design data production processes and drive process and technology improvements. You are fully responsible for your team's performance (efficiency and quality). To thrive in your role, you are highly motivated to lead and have a "can do" attitude. You are results-oriented, analytical, methodical, and socially skilled. You communicate effectively with managers, analysts, and researchers. We care about a great cultural fit. You should enjoy working remotely and at speed in multi-cultural teams. What You'll Do

Lead a team of around 30+ researchers
Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects
Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team
Own your team’s KPIs and its performance
Collaborate with the engineering teams on process automation
Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously
Develop a positive team culture of high engagement, excellent quality, and fun

Requirements

University degree in a business-related field (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering, information systems, operations, and supply chain management)
Proven knowledge in business process design, management, and optimization
1+ year working experience
Skilled with spreadsheets
Comfortable working remotely in an international environment

Nice to Have

Connection with life sciences (education or professional experience)
Technical skills (e.g., SQL)
