UI/UX Design Manager

(Remote Work – Egypt Only)Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and creative UI/UX Design Manager to lead our design team and shape the overall visual and user experience across our digital products and marketing assets. In this role, you will guide and mentor a team of designers, collaborate closely with product and marketing teams, and ensure a consistent, user-centric design approach aligned with our brand and business goals.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the UI/UX design team, providing direction, feedback, and professional development.Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to define the design vision, strategy, and execution roadmap.Oversee the full design lifecycle from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality output that meets user needs and business objectives.Conduct and supervise UX research to identify user needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities.Develop and enforce design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across products and platforms.Review and approve wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and final visual designs.Evaluate user feedback and analytics to inform design decisions and continuously improve UX.Ensure cross-functional collaboration and clear communication of design vision and rationale to stakeholders.Champion a design-thinking culture and advocate for the user in all product and business discussions.Job Benefits:Competitive USD salaryHealth insuranceOpportunities for continuous professional developmentRemote work flexibility6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.Proven track record of managing design teams and delivering impactful user experiences across web and mobile platforms.Strong portfolio showcasing design leadership in user interface design, UX strategy, and design systems.Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.Proficient in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.Experience working with agile product development teams.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide others in tackling design challenges.Experience in branding and visual design is a plus.
