UI Developer| Front End - Hybrid | 65/hr

About the position We are seeking a UI/Front End Developer with expertise in Angular (or React) to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. This role is hybrid, based in downtown Nashville, and is part of a significant digital transformation initiative aimed at overhauling our royalties and song administration systems, transitioning to AWS. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing new features and functionalities as part of this 5-year project. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain web applications using Angular 2+ (or React) with a strong focus on API integration. • Create pixel-perfect web interfaces based on provided design mockups. • Translate high-level requirements into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes under tight timelines. • Collaborate effectively with team members, Product Managers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams. • Refine requirements and develop functional software using standardized coding practices. • Understand and apply software development lifecycle methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps. • Participate in unit and integration testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables. • Maintain strong documentation throughout the development process. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Angular 2+ (or React) development. • Strong focus on API integration, particularly using TypeScript. • Proficient in HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript. • Skilled in creating pixel-perfect web interfaces based on design mockups. • Ability to translate high-level requirements into wireframes and interactive prototypes. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and refining software requirements. • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps. • Knowledgeable in all phases of development lifecycles and solution delivery for cloud systems.
