[Remote] Customer Education Specialist - Flex (US Remote)

The Customer Education Specialist will be responsible for teaching customers how to use complex software products, conducting training sessions, and managing communication regarding training schedules.ResponsibilitiesTeaching and instructing agency customers/end users and staff on the use and operating methods of complex software products and servicesConducting on-site and remote training for the Motorola Flex software and the designated third-party softwarePresenting training using a variety of classroom training methods, including lectures, flip charts, online projection, etcCompleting department-required reports within set standardsManaging communication with customer contact(s) related to the training scheduleCoordinating customer (agency) information between trainersOperates under supervision from the Customer Education LeadRelying on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the jobSkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience working with the Motorola Flex ProductMust have a valid driver's licenseThis position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's 'Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy' and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customersMust be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contractLegal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
