This entry-level role involves typing and formatting documents, entering data into systems, and assisting with simple word processing tasks. No previous experience is required—just basic typing and computer skills.
Responsibilities:
• Type and format letters, reports, and other documents
• Enter text and data into templates, spreadsheets, or forms
• Proofread documents for basic grammar and formatting errors
• Save and organize files according to company guidelines
• Perform light editing or retyping of scanned or handwritten material
• Follow written instructions carefully
• Communicate with team members via email or chat as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic typing skills (30–40 words per minute)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word or Google Docs
• Basic computer literacy and email communication
• Good attention to detail and spelling
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
