Role Overview We are seeking a highly active, creative, and trend-savvy Twitter / X Engagement Specialist to drive exponential organic growth for GRK Foundation’s official X account. The ideal candidate lives on social media, understands engagement dynamics, and can generate massive organic visibility through conversations, content, and community building. You’ll be responsible for achieving measurable engagement milestones and will be rewarded directly based on performance metrics such as impressions, likes, reposts, and followers gained. Key Responsibilities Strategize and manage daily content to drive organic engagement and brand awareness. Achieve a minimum of 10 million organic impressions per month across all posts. Drive at least 1 million total likes and reposts monthly through compelling, high-quality, and shareable content. Build authentic engagement by connecting with trending topics, communities, and influencers in tech, business, and innovation. Monitor analytics and optimize strategies based on engagement trends. Foster audience growth through consistent interaction and unique voice alignment with the GRK brand. Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to amplify campaigns and launches. Performance & Compensation 💰 Earnings Based on Performance: Minimum Target: 10 million organic impressions per month Associated Engagement Goal: 1 million likes and reposts across all posts Compensation: ₹4,000 for every 10 million verified organic impressions achieved (including the corresponding engagement targets). Additional Revenue Share: As engagement and reach grow beyond set benchmarks, additional bonuses and revenue shares will be offered. Exceptional performers will be considered for long-term social growth partnerships and higher earning tiers. Requirements Proven experience in managing or scaling Twitter / X accounts with large organic reach. In-depth knowledge of platform algorithms, engagement optimization, and trend utilization. Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills. Ability to track analytics and deliver measurable results.
