Twilio Expert – Voice & SMS Optimization for Custom Software – Amazon Store
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Twilio developer to help us optimize and troubleshoot our existing Twilio integration within a custom-built software platform (CRM/ERP). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Programmable Voice, Programmable SMS, and Answering Machine Detection (AMD) features. Scope of Work • Review and optimize current Twilio setup (voice and SMS workflows). • Improve incoming call forwarding logic to ensure calls route correctly based on defined rules. • Enhance voicemail detection accuracy using Twilio’s AMD (or recommend alternatives if needed). • Diagnose any race conditions or webhook timing issues (e.g., call completed before AMD result). • Help implement best practices for async AMD and webhook reliability. • Optimize call and message logs, status tracking, and alert notifications within our backend.
