Comments Moderator with Polish

We’re looking for a Comments Moderator (Polish) for Facebook and YouTube. Your main responsibility will be to engage with users by responding to comments under video content on Polish Facebook page and YouTube channel — following the company’s established communication guidelines and tone of voice. Responsibilities • Community Engagement: Respond to comments on Polish Facebook and YouTube pages • Content Moderation: Monitor and manage spam to maintain a safe and engaging community environment • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on your everyday activities • Translation: Translate metadata (name, description, caption) from English to Polish for YouTube videos; Proofread translations (short posts for YouTube publications) made by AI Qualifications • You have native-level proficiency in Polish • You have at least B1 level of English for effective communication • You’re comfortable using Facebook and YouTube at a confident user level • You have basic knowledge of crisis communication or experience with social media management • You can maintain a spam-free environment and ensure respectful interactions • You provide prompt feedback and stay available online 2-3 hours during business days • You're confident using Notion and Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Meet) • Experience in translation, customer support, or social media moderation will be a strong advantage.
