TurboTax Customer Support Agent - Remote
As a TurboTax Customer Support Agent, you will assist users by answering inquiries related to TurboTax products and tax return software. You will be the first point of contact for customers needing guidance on Downloading, Logging In, Basic Navigation, Document Importing, Printing, Filing, and simple Tax questions. Our team is dedicated to providing you with continuous support.
ā¢ Hourly Pay: Earn $18.50 per hour.
ā¢ Certification Bonus: Receive a $155 bonus for completing TurboTax Product Expert certification.
ā¢ Training Duration: Certification training is provided over 2 days.
ā¢ Flexible Schedule: Create your own hours, available anytime between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
ā¢ Minimum Commitment: Required to work at least 20 hours per week; flexible to work more as desired!
ā¢ Support System: You will be paired with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assistance during live calls and a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) to act as your advocate.
