YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Owning, improve and contribute to end-to-end operational processes from facility design to implementationTo take an active role in commissioning and testing processes in facilities (including on-site visits and travel to locations)Taking part in integration tests between WMS and automation and performing tests.To identify and improve the processes that fail in automation by performing physical product flow tests in automation.To ensure the control of the reports requested in the commissioned facilities, to make report requests according to the needs.To evaluate and follow up process improvement opportunities.Supporting and following the operational standardisation process.Monitoring KPIs and adding new KPIs based on numerical data.Taking an active role in layout and optimisation projects, producing and developing projects.Assessing technological requests and kaizens coming from operations.Backlog tracking with Continous Improvement, Technology, Data Analytics teams. QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering background.Excellent at MS Office programs & SQLHave the ability to solve problems and analytical thinkingCustomer and result-oriented approachAt least 4years of experience in service industry e.g. e-commerce, logistics and supply chain, operationsExcited to work with different functions within the company, skill in prioritizing and multitaskingExcellent level of written and spoken EnglishThis position includes specialist titles/roles.
