The Blade Repair Technician II will support wind energy operations by performing composite blade repairs and maintenance, ensuring the reliability of turbine operations across various sites nationwide. Responsibilities Perform skilled-level blade composite maintenance as part of turbine upkeep and repair Diagnose, repair, and maintain wind turbines with your team Travel to different sites, work with diverse teams, and engage with varied experiences, including travel management and bolthires coding Conduct safety inspections and ensure a secure working environment Address advanced problem-solving tasks with effective self-management Work on construction and installation projects, overseeing the full life cycle of turbinesThis role offers exposure to a wide range of turbine platforms, site conditions, and team environmentsâideal for technicians who thrive on variety and continuous learning Skills At least 6 months with a Wind Technician certificate, or 1 year of wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields Highly developed problem-solving abilities and an engaged approach to responsibilities Safety-conscious and committed to best practices Able to work well with others and enjoy collaborative environments Physically fit, comfortable working in various conditions, and at heights Ability to speak, read and follow instructions in English You have a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver's license, and are legally authorized to work in the U.S.without the need for current or future sponsorship Basic Safety Training (BST), Basic Technical Training (BTT), andAdvanced Rescue Training (ART) certifications from the Global Wind Organization (GWO) Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family.
