Travel Telemetry Nurse (RN) in Fairport, NY
Deliver skilled nursing care on a dedicated Med/Tele unit providing support to a 40-bed acute care setting. This travel opportunity offers a 16-week assignment on the West 6 Med/Tele unit, working 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Candidates may select from 36 or 48 hours per week, with a schedule including one weekend shift weekly or two weekend shifts every other weekend. At least one holiday shift during the contract is required. Shift rotations may be requested, such as two-week or four-week blocks of alternating shifts, to accommodate facility needs.
Key Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year recent RN experience in acute med-surg/telemetry
• Preferred: 2 years recent acute med-surg/tele experience
• For non-U.S. trained nurses, 2 years U.S. work experience is required
• Active New York RN license
• Valid AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Comfortable using EPIC electronic charting system
• Flexibility to float to other units and work charge shifts as needed (training provided)
• Residency must be more than 50 miles from the facility
