Dome Productions is North America’s leading production and transmission facilities provider, and they are seeking a Travel Coordinator. The role involves coordinating travel arrangements, communicating travel information, and ensuring all travel costs are accurately inputted into project management software.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate travel arrangements including (but not limited to) flights, hotels, car rentals at least 2 weeks in advance of travelCommunicate all pertinent travel information to travellers in advance of the event including preparing advance perdiem requestsWorking with Crew Schedulers and Production Managers to ensure that all information to ensure that all travel is booked effectively and in alignment with client budget/needsInput all travel costs into DOME project management software, ensuring that the information is fully complete and accurate before all deadlinesWork with finance team to answer all outstanding questions and update information to ensure that expenses are paid in a timely mannerRotating on-call / after hours coverage for travel emergenciesOther Duties as assignedSkillsDetail oriented with proven ability to gather and input information accuratelyProven ability to work proactively in a demanding time sensitive environment both independently and as part of a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong multitasking and prioritization skillsExperience in Travel preferredKnowledge of basic computer programs – Word/Excel/OutlookMust be able to work a rotating schedule that could include both evenings and weekendsAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in QuebecBenefitsMedical, dental, vision and mental health benefits35% discount on our servicesAccess exclusive offers from our partnersCompany OverviewBell continues to evolve in order to better serve its customers and shareholders.
