For our client - SAS Airlines, we are seeking a motivated and aspiring person who would handle all questions and support direct customers that have their trips organized by the carrier. No prior experience is necessary, just a genuine interest and a helpful and collaborative nature!

Your Responsibilities:
• Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
• Advise partners on flights, products, online services, payment methods, membership programs etc.
• Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
• Assist passengers via calls /chat.
• Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust.

Our requirements:
• Fluent in written and spoken Danish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
• Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded.
• Active listener and able to communicate clearly and with ease.
• Sharp eye for accuracy and precision.
• Highly organized.
• Available to work from our office in Warsaw.
