Our team of expert travel advisors helps families, couples, and groups enjoy stress-free, unforgettable vacations. We are currently seeking experienced travel planners who are passionate about Disney and dedicated to delivering personalized, concierge-level service. NOTE: COMMISSION BASED ONLY POSITION What You’ll Do • Plan customized vacations for clients including families, couples, multigenerational groups, and special celebrations • Specialize in Disney destinations (Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, Adventures by Disney) and expand to cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and beyond • Research and book hotels, park tickets, dining, cruises, flights, excursions, and more • Communicate clearly and promptly via email, phone, and messaging • Stay up to date on travel trends, supplier promos, and destination updates • Track all details, confirm travel documents, and ensure client info is accurate • Deliver a seamless, magical planning experience with personal touches • Work independently while collaborating with a supportive agency team What We’re Looking For • At least 2 years of professional travel planning experience (required) • Firsthand knowledge of Disney destinations and travel planning tools • Strong communication and organizational skills • Tech-comfortable (email, social media, and basic CRM systems) • Able to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, and while traveling if needed) • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a passion for customer care • Located in the U.S. Bonus Points If You Have • Experience working as a travel agent under a host agency • Social media savvy and comfortable generating client interest • Prior training with Disney or cruise supplier systems If you’re ready to help others make magical memories and want to grow alongside a team that truly supports your success, we’d love to hear from you.
