Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJoin our growing team, we are looking for a Graphic Designer/Graphics Manager with experience! You will need to know how to design illustrations, logos, photos, and layouts to meet our customers' needs. We expect you to enjoy working methodically as part of a team and are a strong communicator! Additionally, you will be using a brand new "state of the art" Roland VG3-540 large format printer/cutter and a RS Laminator to complete the process. You will be expected to manage your projects from start to finish.Responsibilities:Ability to manage projects from start to finishAbility to print, laminate, cut, and apply graphic decalsIdentify what the customer's wants and needs areAble to provide proofs of design concept and send for customer approvalsCoordinate with your install team and customers to meet deadlinesDevelop inspiring, creative and engaging designsManage and grow the graphics departmentQualifications:Minimum one year experience printing, laminating, cutting, and installing vinyl decalsExperience and knowledgeable with FLEXI, ILLISTRATOR & VERSAWORKS softwareSelf-StarterDigital printer experience with a graphic design portfolio is a plusWe offer competitive pay rates and benefits including:UniformsMedical InsuranceDental and VisionSTD and LTD Insurance401kTransteck, Inc. one of the largest Freightliner dealers in the United States with 14 locations and 4 body shops.
