Transmission Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Utility Transmission Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electric utility transmission project management and be located within a 2.5-hour radius of Pittsburgh, PA. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects and drive tasks to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures at the site and report issues.
Drive project tasks to completion and take responsibility for all tasks.
Host and attend project meetings to maintain project status and gather information.
Participate in on-site field walkdowns and contribute to project goals.
Provide input to improve processes and maximize team efficiency.
Occasionally climb ladders and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Plan daily and strategic tasks, understanding priorities among multiple projects.
Seek training to execute tasks effectively.
Use multiple software systems as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
5-10 years of project management experience in electric utility transmission.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform financial planning and forecasting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
Competent in scheduling software (P6) and able to provide schedule updates.
Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Able to work well in a group setting and manage multiple tasks.

Primarily remote, with occasional onsite requirements.
