Job Overview: We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Product Manager to join our team at Amazon, where you will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling new asset/driver types globally. Key Responsibilities: • Launch new asset/driver types from pilot phase to global scaling • Define product features and work with cross-functional teams to bring programs to life • Develop and execute scaling strategies and manage product roadmaps • Make key strategic decisions and secure buy-in from senior leadership Ideal Candidate: You are a seasoned product management professional with 6+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience. You possess a unique blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and collaborative leadership skills. Your extensive background in product management, demonstrated leadership of high-impact strategic initiatives, and experience in managing and launching products make you an ideal fit for this role. Requirements: • 6+ years of experience in product management or ownership • Proven track record of end-to-end project ownership and delivering results in fast-paced environments • Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.g., NPS) • Technical skillsets in analyzing data to make product decisions • Ability to synthesize customer pain points, craft product vision and roadmaps, and develop requirements What We Offer: A competitive salary ranging from $110,700/year to $206,000/year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation.
