We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Project Manager to lead the delivery of regional IT services, supporting end-user devices, networks, and voice and video devices. You will be responsible for allocating resources, managing budgets, and mitigating risks to ensure the effective and efficient management of contractor efforts. Your exceptional planning capabilities, ability to interface with diverse organizations, and capacity to adapt to changing priorities will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Allocate resources, including staffing, facilities, and budgets, to ensure successful project delivery
Review and mitigate risks, allocating budgets as necessary
Prepare project status reviews and formal presentations for Government PMs
Provide guidance and direction to Level 0, 1, and 2 project managers, as required
Rapidly assemble and execute cross-disciplinary teams to address urgent program issues
Respond to after-hours requests, as needed, in a 24x7 environment
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in project management, with a combination of work history and education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or a related discipline
At least 1 year of experience in requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, and reporting
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 801 policies
Clearable, with the ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph
