Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall coordination and management of clinical trials, from start-up to closeout
Direct technical, financial, and operational aspects of projects to ensure successful completion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues, making informed business decisions
Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations for time, quality, and cost
Work closely with a dedicated team of professionals passionate about advancing healthcare in the CAR-T space
Requirements and Qualifications:
7+ years of clinical project management experience within a CRO setting, with a focus on oncology CAR-T
Proven expertise in navigating complex therapies, including CAR-T, cell, and gene therapies
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead, plan, and execute clinical trials with precision
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English
Superior planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems
University/College degree in Life Sciences or a related field
Ability to travel as needed
