Job Overview:
We're seeking an exceptional Sales Director to spearhead our Cloud Contact Center sales efforts, driving revenue growth, adoption, and market penetration in the US market. As a strategic leader, you will build and manage a robust sales pipeline, foster strong relationships with key accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share expansion
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent quarterly and annual revenue targets are met or exceeded
Collaborate with sales executives, solutions architects, sales engineers, and partners to drive adoption of CCaaS solutions
Negotiate contracts and manage internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences
Foster long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
Drive growth of Amazon Connect partnership and identify new business opportunities

Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of technology-related sales or business development experience, with direct field experience selling complex transformational technology solutions to Fortune 5000 companies
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or MIS (a plus)
Prior experience in the Software/Infrastructure/Platform/Contact Center (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, CCaaS) space
Excellent presentation, executive engagement, and negotiation skills
Proven track record of closing complex software solutions and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership capabilities, with a self-starter mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
