As a key partner to sales and marketing, you'll leverage your expertise to enhance current programs, create new ones, and measure their impact on team performance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute sales education programs, driving training objectives and curriculum development for Patient Care, Patient Handling, and Vocera sales forces
Evaluate and incorporate best practices in selling methodologies to improve educational curriculum
Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to design educational programs, course objectives, and sales education strategies
Develop and measure learning curriculum, utilizing subject matter expertise and educational insights
Analyze market dynamics, sales needs, and industry trends to inform sales education programs
Refine and execute sales education strategies, leveraging data and market insights to drive business growth
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of 6 years of work experience
Preferred: 3+ years of experience in education, instructional design, or curriculum development, with a degree in a related field (e.g., Instructional Design, Education, or Curriculum Development)
Previous medical device experience is highly desirable
