Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans, analyzing market trends, customer needs, and business objectives to inform data-driven decisions
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement process improvements
Oversee the outsourcing contract strategy, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Drive workforce optimization, including new site launches, work movements, and closures, to ensure global diversification and efficiency
Lead the invoice team, ensuring timely processing, auditing, and identification of cost-saving opportunities
Ensure VCG Security Compliance, coordinating mitigation and remediation of security findings, and managing global clearance procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of relevant experience in customer operations, telecommunications, or a related field
5+ years of people management and leadership experience, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams
Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving cost savings
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
