As a Product Manager Lead, you will be responsible for:
Developing and executing product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and customer experience
Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes through marketing, sales, and other activities
Conducting market, economic, and competitive evaluations to inform product performance
Performing fact-based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights
Developing and implementing advanced data models and analytics to drive business decisions
Identifying and prioritizing new features, including market analysis, business case development, and driving prioritization
Leading complex new product development initiatives across large, cross-functional teams
Coaching and mentoring junior team members to foster growth and development
Nice to Haves:
Digital Product or Project Management experience
Consulting experience
Experience working in and leading cross-functional teams and external customers using design-thinking principles
Ability to identify customer problems, develop key hypotheses, and create prototypes for customer learning
Strong project management skills, entrepreneurial growth mindset, and ability to create strong networks and relationships
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalency in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field
5-7 years of work experience in product management, market analysis, or research, or equivalent
Superior knowledge of competitive, market, and economic factors affecting product performance
Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring, and solving skills
Strong project management and leadership experience
