Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a fast-paced organization
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
