Job Overview:
Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum
Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
Implement behavior support and treatment plans established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collaborate with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors

RBT certification assistance, including 40-hour training course at no cost to you
Flexible schedules with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting (1 year minimum)
1-year ABA/RBT experience or equivalent experience in a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
